Signs you need a roof
repaired or replaced

Most people don’t think about their roof until something goes wrong with it.
Don’t wait until it’s too late. Here are five signs you may need a new roof.

VISIBLE LEAKS

Seems obvious, doesn’t it? If you see a leak, you need to get it fixed, ASAP. If you catch it early enough, a simple repair may be all that’s needed.

INTERIOR WATER DAMAGE

You can’t always see the actual leak. If you see water stains, streaks, or spots in your attic, on your ceilings, or at the top of your walls, get it checked out ASAP.

BAD SHINGLES

Shingles protect your roof deck from the elements. If they’re cracked, curling, damaged, or missing, your roof can be exposed. And that’s a problem.

SAGGING ROOFLINE

If your roof visibly sags, it could be a problem with your home’s framing. Or it could be the sign of a water-soaked roof. Can you afford to take that chance?

STORM DAMAGE

Heavy rain, wind, snow, ice, hail, tornados, hurricanes… they can all wreak havoc on even the strongest rooftop. If you think your roof was damaged by the latest storm, we can help.
